I was happy with your emergency response to extract the water out of my carpet and pad and you dried out all my walls and my carpet. We came home to a flooded condo with water all over the carpets, tile floors and furniture sitting in water. We were in a bind, leaving town the next day for a week, I immediately thought of 1st Restoration! I called them and within 30 minutes 1st Restoration arrived! They brought their truck with all the equipment needed to extract the water from the floors. They removed all the carpet, and put the furniture up on blocks, then proceeded to carefully remove all the baseboards to help speed up the wall drying process. After the drying equipment was set up, 1st Restoration monitored the process for the next three days until all the moisture was removed from the condo. This prevented us from getting any mold!! You did a great job. I was asked to look at the work in different intervals and always explained the next process. You showed up when you said you would, were always pleasant and courteous and delivered as you said you would. Everything looks great!

I own a small business in San Pedro where Ive rented out a small office space. The tenant I had left, and left a mess as well. I was referred to him by a good friend of mine so I called and my experience was better than I expected. He showed up early the next morning got his equipment out and went at it. It was just to have my carpet cleaned but it was done fast and got every stain out as he promised and no pushy up selling or headaches. Easy stress free experience, thats how I like it. Ive already recommended to few friends of mine and would use him again.

1st Tech Restoration saved the day at our house when we had water damage at our house earlier this year following improper installation of solar panels. We had two separate incidents requiring removal of walls and flooring and drying machines in about 3-4 areas of our house for about 15 days in total over two months, and emergency water removal from our flat roof. It was a terrible, stressful and very expensive situation, but Dante Palomino was very attentive to detail, trustworthy and extremely importantly, very careful with our pets, including our new puppy who hadn’t yet learned ESL or any commands. Dante was flexible in scheduling appointments and went out of his way to address our emergency. Of course the price of the work changes up until the minute it is over – that is the nature of water damage and emergency restoration! No one can know how bad it is or what needs to be done until you open the wall, floor, etc., and the amount of work depends on so many variables. It is generally understood that an estimate is just that, not a fixed price guarantee. Dante was also very generous with his time and very reasonable in the charges for the work done, which was reported perfectly in terms of insurance company requirements and based on clearly stated rates. I highly recommend 1st Tech Restoration and have Dante’s number on speed dial!

I had a massive sewer main backup into my lower bathroom, bedroom and walk-in closet. I called 1st Tech Restoration (Dante – owner) at 8 am and Dante showed up at 10:30 am to start the cleanup of the black-water (sewer) inundation. He worked diligently over a period of one month to clean up the mess. This including removal of all floor coverings, furniture and clothing and the extraction of approx. 300 gallons of black-water. Then started a period of a couple of weeks of drying while Dante worked on tearing out 3 feet of plaster/dimple board on all walls. Then came the tedious task of sanding all studs and applying disinfectant. Dante worked a total of 21 out of 31 days including 4 Saturdays. He did a very thorough and conscientious job of cleaning up the mess caused by the sewer backup. After the testing showed there was no lingering effects of the black-water Dante did a lot of the finish carpentry repair. I would recommend 1st Tech Restoration to anyone who needed remediation of water damage.
