• All rates are for time equipment is out, not time used
• Daily rates for any day of the week. to be rent at 8 hours or more per day will be charged full daily rate. Rent for less than 8 hours per day will be charged one-half daily rate
• 10% damage waiver will be added without proof of insurance
• Customer is responsible for all electrical hook-ups
• Customer is responsible for all fuel for equipment
• Customer is responsible for loading and unloading
• customer require a 3 day minimum on all equipment rentals
• Decontamination Fees only apply as necessary per equipment
• Delivery & Pickup of rental equipment at cost plus 18%

All Rental Pricing is based upon 30 day net terms.
I- Monitoring  Restoration Technicians @ $52.50 per hour (regular time 8 hr. min per tech.)
II-$78.75 / hour overtime – overtime is defined as work performed after 5pm and/or weekends and/or holidays
III-$105.00 per hour-Double time is defined as work performed on Sundays and/or holidays
